I used their Calm + Detox Internal oral supplement and Calm External OTC Topical Cream for a little over a week and am really impressed so far. I felt like I was the perfect guinea pig for this product review, because I have rosacea on my cheeks and such sensitive skin it’s absurd.

I used both products together, and my face is much less irritated and red than it normally is. First, let’s discuss the topical cream. It says it takes about 5 to 7 days to see an improvement, and I thought I saw improvement towards the earlier side of that. You’re supposed to apply it two to three times daily.
It’s non-comedogenic, which is super important so that you don’t clog your pores and cause breakouts. One thing I really loved aside from the results, is that this cream is NOT greasy, sticky, or gooey in the least. I don’t like putting things on my face and feeling like it’s a glob sitting on there.
I also feel like I’m using less of my moisturizing products while using this cream. It does say that it reduces dryness and I normally have such dry skin I have to moisturize like crazy. It also smells really good; fresh, clean, herbal. I swear it’s like you can feel it work as soon as you apply it. My skin is normally kind of itchy and it definitely soothes it.
As for the oral supplement, it has nothing in it but safe and natural herbs so you won’t have to worry about anything by taking it. You can see results in as little to three or four days with this. Since I used both product at the same time and not separately, I’m not sure how fast you would see results using this alone, but I bet it would be quite fast!
You are supposed to take 3 capsules twice daily during times when your skin is the most stressed ut and irritated. You can also use it to maintain your skin and you take 3 capsules once a day for that. You can take it with or without food too which is nice!
I absolutely will be buying more of both products as soon as I run out. If you have even minor skin irritations, I think this is such a great addition to your beauty routine. It’s also highly affordable! You can’t lose by giving it a try, especially since it’s wallet friendly and so safe and natural.
