I took it on the plane with me, and wore it for the two hours it took to get to Chicago from New York. One thing that drives me crazy is wearing my Apple earphones on a plane. They get so uncomfortable after wearing for such a short time, so I’m happy that I did not have this problem with the 1 Voice Sleep Headphones Eye Mask! If you get ear pain too when wearing earphones for too long, this really is a great alternative.
Comfort aside, let’s discuss the rest of the benefits to this great gadget. It really does block out all light, so you can easily sleep on a plane! I’m sure you could easily sleep in a car, or even use this in bed too it really blocks light that well. For city sleepers like me, it’s impossible to block out lights from buildings and all else. I like that this sleep mask does double duty: blocking out light and blocking out noise as well.
